The Hong-Kong & Shangai Banking Corp (HSBC) will dedicate 100 million dollars for programmes concerning the global climate change. The deficiency and restricted quality of programs for capacitating and training in basic methods for bird population monitoring is a restrictive factor for developing birds and fauna programs.
