- The MBF has been a Member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) for more than 10 years.
- The organization is coordinating the Paraguayan Committee of the IUCN, recently conformed.
- The MBF is one of the Members of the network Alliance of Leaders for development (ALIDES)
